We want to know our kids are safe anytime they’re not with us.
We know you do too, that’s why we:
• Have a five point volunteer screening process including background checks, online training, application, reference checks and interview.
• Secure digital check-in and pick-up process.
• Security cameras and police presence on campus.
Your First Visit
Here’s what to expect when visiting Community:Kids for the first time:
First, a greeter can walk you to our kids area. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.
We use a computerized check in system located in our Community:Kids wing. On your visit, we will have you fill out some contact information and information about your child/ren. (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
• Child’s name
• Child’s birthdate
• Home address
• Phone number
• Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children.
We will issue each one of your children a nametag with an ID number specific to your family and give you a copy of this id tag. One of our Gospel Partners will help you get to the right class. At the end of the service, one parent or guardian must present the matching ID tag to their child’s classroom teacher. In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s ID number will appear on the screen.
