A DISCIPLE MINISTRY OF THE CHURCH
Encouraging and equipping women in a Christ-exalting community designed for advancing the gospel in our everyday lives.
Through weekly Bible studies, fellowship at The Well and Third Thursday, and special events, our desire is to promote growth in Christlikeness and deep fellowship with our sisters in Christ.

Thursday Mornings | 9:15 am – 11:15 am
“whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.” -John 4:14
The Well is a weekly gathering of women of all ages and stages of life from CBC and the surrounding community. We invite you to join us for brunch, practical biblical teaching, and fellowship. Free childcare is available each week for those who need it. Our desire at The Well is to meet Jesus – the One whose living water quenches our spiritual thirst and produces in us “a well of water springing up to eternal life” (John 4:14). We hope to see you at The Well, and please feel free to bring a friend!!
3rd Thursday of the month (September – April) | 7-8:30pm at the CBC Life Center
3rd Thursday is our monthly gathering of CBC women for a time of fellowship over God’s Word, building relationships with our sisters in Christ, and going deeper in our relationship with God for the purpose of being equipped to live our lives fully in 3D – Devote, Disciple, Deploy. (ps There is no homework!)
“Lord, I Want to Know You” by Kay Arthur
thursday evenings (January – April) | 6:15-8pm at host home in High Point
This study is for women of all ages and will meet on Thursday evenings (excluding 3rd Thursday dates) beginning January 24th in a host home in High Point. So much of our confusion and pain results because we don’t know God — who He really is, how He works in our lives. But with Lord, I Want to Know You, that will all change.
When you know God more fully by studying His names — Creator, Healer, Protector, Provider, and many others — you’ll gain power to stand strong. You’ll find strength for times of trial, comfort for pain, and provision for your soul’s deepest needs. And your walk with God will be transformed.
Firmly Rooted Women’s Study
Sunday mornings (January – March) | 11am – 12pm in the Community Students Room
Community Women will be offering a 6-week Sunday School class for women ages 17 years old and up beginning January 27th. The class will be taught by Susan Black and will explore how the gospel impacts our daily lives and provides help and hope in the difficult challenges and trials we encounter in the Christian life. We pray that this class will be an environment in which you find deeper fellowship with your sisters in Christ and the mutual encouragement that God designs for the body of Christ.
