A devote ministry of the church
Why We Give
We live in a materialistic and consumer-oriented culture that tries to convince us that our identity, value and measure of success is based upon our accumulated assets. So, it’s not unusual for people to tighten-up when churches start talking about giving money.
Yet the Bible teaches that the way a follower of Jesus Christ handles their money is to be remarkably different than anyone else.
CBC encourages everyone to have the biblical mindset of seeing themselves as managers of the financial resources God has given them. Which means, everything belongs to God and what we give away is actually his. So, being faithful, generous, and open-handed with our finances is a powerful demonstration of how Jesus has changed our hearts. And, we give because we want to practically support the work God is doing in this generation to expand his kingdom. Giving to CBC is focused on helping our vision become a reality, “To magnify Jesus Christ by making disciples who advance the mission of God among all people.”
We believe so wholeheartedly in advancing the gospel of Jesus Christ that we currently give 20% of all unrestricted giving to local and global outreach.
How We Give
During The Service
We encourage individuals and families to see their giving as an act of worship when we pass the offering plates on a Sunday morning. You may give cash or a check.
We also have made it possible for you to securely give online. Please use the giving platform above to make a one-time gift, set up a recurring gift, or manage your online giving.
You may use the mail to send in a gift (checks only please) to our church office:

Budget & Finances
The finances of the church are overseen by a Finance Team which yearly prepares an operational budget for church members to review and approve. Then on a monthly basis, in coordination with our Finance Secretary, the Finance Team analyzes and reviews all income and expenses. The church is given a financial update on a quarterly basis.
