Missionary of the Month

Check out the GO Board in the Information Hallway and our Missionaries of the Month, Gordon and Debbie Crandell who are going to Costa Rica to serve with EFCA's ReachGlobal.

Sister Church
Our relationship with our Sister Church, First Missionary Church of Kingston, Jamaica, began in 1992 through Reciprocal Ministries International. As sister churches, we have worked together in many ways including exchanging pastors, work teams, anniversary celebrations, Vacation Bible Schools, mission conferences, music celebrations, youth teams, building dedications, medical teams, outreach programs, and, best of all, fellowshipping with one another. We will be celebrating our 20th anniversary of being sister churches in 2012!

Hope for Ghana
We will be working alongside Pioneers-Africa as they minister to an unreached people group in the Banda area of Ghana.  Our focus in 2013-2015 will be to raise funds to dig well(s) for remote villages.  We will also be investigating partnering with another organization as we look to help the Ghanaian church mulitply, train leaders and obtain clean water.

Global Connection Class
Our annual Global Connection Class runs this summer from June 3 to August 26 at 9:30am in the Choir Room. Join us as we hear weekly from visiting missionaries who will be sharing about their ministries and valuable life lessons. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to connect with some of CBC’s missionaries and to win door prizes from foreign countries, so don’t miss out!

Family Ties Project
Adopt a CBC missionary family through our Family Ties Project! Your small group or family could provide spiritual encouragement to our missionaries through prayer, emails and connection. It's easy and a great way to know our missionaries better. Please contact for more information or to sign up.

Global Prayer
Pray each month for members of our global family. Check the prayer guide to learn for specific needs we are praying for this month.  We also meet weekly during the summer beginning June 3 through August 26 at 8:45 to 9:15 AM in the Choir Room.
