The adult ministry team is a group of lay members of CBC, led by Pastor Rob Black, who work to help connect people to God and other people. We live in a fractured world and most of us have loads that we carry from hardships and heartaches of life; the adult ministry programs at CBC seek to ease those loads.
What you can expect on Sunday Mornings
In addition to the 9:30 and 11:00 Sunday Worship Services, CBC offers a Sunday School Class for adults. Sunday School takes place at 9:30 am in the Choir Room.
Beyond Sunday Mornings
Small Groups
CBC knows that to truly develop your relationship with Christ, it is important to surround yourself by likeminded Christians. The small group ministry at CBC offers a support system and a learning setting to help us make progress in our spiritual lives. Connect with people on a deeper level by joining a small group! These groups meet in homes to discuss and practice the truths we hear taught on Sunday. For more information on small groups, please contact .
Biblical Counseling
Community Bible Church has a growing team of counselors trained in helping people with marriage and personal problems find answers from the Bible. Counselors receive training through the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors. Counseling is available throughout the week and on weekends. For more information please contact .
Spiritual Gifts
God has blessed each of us with spiritual gifts. We ask that you complete a questionaire to help you identify your spiritual gifts. We use the results of this questionnaire to help you get plugged in at CBC where you will be most comfortable and beneficial. You can also begin to concentrate on further developing your spiritual gift as you exercise it in your daily life.
Men’s Ministry
The Men's Ministry at Community Bible Church seeks to bring together a tight group of Christian men that are focused on strengthening the bonds of friendship and enriching the lives of the men of our church.
