Acts 2:42-47 tells us that Small groups are the most efficient context for growing.
Small groups involve the believer in all aspects of the “means of grace” (Bible discussion, prayer for each other, fellowship with Christians, opportunity to serve others and putting truth into practice) and encourage rapid and sustained spiritual growth. Grace is always available in the warmth, accountability, service and outreach of a small group.
Small groups are an integral part of CBC. Groups meet in homes in every part of the community at various times throughout the week. Most of our groups follow a sermon based approach that allows you not only to hear the sermon, but allows for further study and discussion within the group. Because of these fruitful discussions, the lessons are deeply rooted and able to be put into practice in the daily lives of all our small group members. Many small groups participate in social activities with one another and often serve together in our community.
If you'd like to learn more about small groups, we'd love to help you. We can fill you in on where and when they meet, and find one that will be the best fit for you. Contact for more information.
