CBC is a member of the Evangelical Free Church of America. We like to describe the EFCA as the most non-denominational denomination you'll ever find. The word "evangelical" refers to our commitment to the gospel of Jesus Christ. The word "free" refers to the autonomy of every local church. The spirit of the EFCA is often summarized as: "In the essentials, unity; in the non-essentials, liberty; in all things, charity."
